Quick reminder that summer in Upstate NY is almost here 💛
AI could never. Because our Earth is a work of art.
Um, WOW. My eyes were not prepared for this 😭
For just a few weeks every year, the tulip fields in the Netherlands burst into a sea of color and it was always my dream to see it with my own eyes 🌷
If you’re wondering what souvenirs to buy in Brussels, Belgium, I gotchu (not shown: chocolate)
🗺️ If you want to plan a summer like this, I put a bunch of my favorite spots into one map, including swimming holes, cute cabins, restaurants and the best hiking trails around NY state. Say ‘MAP’ and I’ll send you the 🔗 to unlock it

Every one of these photos was taken in a real place, at a real time, by a real human, after we chased weather, light and found a little bit of luck.
It’s easy to think the world only looks like this online, but these places actually exist and you can see them for yourself.
AI could never replace this, replicate this, or feel what it’s like to stand beneath a crashing waterfall, to look over a mountain range from a summit you just worked so hard to reach, or look up at a sky so full of stars that makes every problem in your life suddenly feel so small.
Don’t just scroll past it on a screen. Get out there and experience it for yourself in the one place AI can’t reach: your real life.
And more importantly - protect it. Because no mater how advanced technology gets, you cannot replace this. There is no Planet B.
Happy Earth Day 🌎

Many of these fields are working farms for tulip export. Some do allow visitors, so look for posted signs or ask the farm for permission to take photos.
Would you drive out of the way to see this?

I usually don’t spend a lot of money when I’m home, but my budget goes straight out the window as soon as I take a trip, because the high of finding beautiful handicrafts abroad is REAL 😅 I also love supporting small businesses and local artisans.
